***About Us Page has been updated! 31st August 2009**
This blog is going to be all about Audrey and Arson as well as their puppies from Day 1. We will try to upload as much photos and blog entries about their development and adventures
Audrey and Arson are both Australian Shepherds imported from the US. In 2008, they had their first and (as of now) only litter of puppies. There were three boys and five girls in the litter, out of which 3 are blue merles and 5 are black tris. It is highly probable that they are Singapore’s first ever litter of Australian Shepherds. At this moment (August 2009) we have zero intentions of breeding Audrey and Arson again. Also, guiltily, we kept 4 of the 8 puppies for ourselves. ROTFL.
Australian Shepherds are a highly versatile breed. With them, the sky is the limit! They are HIGHLY intelligent and learn VERY quickly. I taught Audrey the “sit” command within a day. They excel in agility, flyball and obedience dogs but are also suitable as performance dogs, seeing-eye dogs, as utility dogs to the physically handicapped, hearing aid dogs, police and narcotics dogs and search and rescue dogs etc. In the northern areas they have also been used as sled dogs. Many are used as therapy dogs at children homes and nursing homes.
Australian Shepherds live their lives totally devoted to their owners. Those of us who love Aussies can’t imagine a more perfect breed.Owners must be committed to give these dogs the time and attention they require through play and training
Our kennel name is Dreyson and the puppies names are as follows (By birth order):
Dreyson’s Catch Me If You Can “Leonie” – black tri girl
Dreyson’s Against All Odds “Agnes” – black tri girl
Dreyson’s Headturner “Turner” - blue merle boy

Dreyson’s Heading Your Way “Robin”-black tri girl
Dreyson’s Stillwater Runs Deep “Stilla” -blue merle girl
Dreyson’s Forrest Gump ” Forrest” -black tri boy

****Update! As of 17th May 2009, Panda is now CH Dreyson Kungfu Panda!***
Audrey's and Arson's parents are OFA hip/elbows/heart/patellas certified and CERF eye certified. Audrey and Arson were both checked for hereditary eye problems as puppies. In addition, Arson was hip and eye tested while he was in the US. In 2009, we opened our own pet shop/salon called The Pet Emporium! http://thepetemporium.com.sg/

Hello,
Your Aussies are beautiful. I have long been interested in a family dog and australian shepherds and border collies have been top of my list. With the kids now at 3 and 1, the day of welcoming a family dog is fast approaching. But when I do get one I want to make sure I am well prepared to provide the care it needs.
Being shepherd dogs, I know they need lots of exercise and space. Is that a big hindrance with condo living here in Singapore?
Would it be possible to come see the puppies?
I grew up with a collie, cocker spaniel, german shepeherd, beagle, dauschand, basset hound, and am eager to learn more about aussies.
Hope to hear from you
Thank you very much.

I used to have a border collie imported from Australia. He was a lovely and intelligent dog. I am interested in acquiring a pup from your kennel.
